The JOS
patented low-pressure rotating-vortex process. A cleaning technology
which is gentle on the building and on the environment.

The subject of cleaning buildings is gaining greater and greater
significance as people become more aware of the environment. Therefore
the use of materials such as chemical cleaning agents which could
harm the environment will become subject to greater restrictions.
The JOS patented low-pressure rotating-vortex process can be described
as a kind of jet-blasting process in the broad sense of the word,
but it is one which converts or transforms the energy from the jet
rotating energy by means of a specially constructed nozzle. This
cleaning technology is based on a low-pressure rotating vortex process
and works with an extremely, low and variable, air pressure (between
0.1 and 21 psi), water qualities which can be precisely regulated
within the range of 10 to 60 litres per hour, and an extremely fine
granulate selected exactly to suit the low-pressure technique. The
finely dispersed vortex of air, granulate and water emerging from
the JOS nozzle meet the surface being cleaned so that cleaning is
achieved by a scouring, rotating polishing. The JOS cleaning process
uses cleaning granulates or fine powder specially selected for the
individual cleaning requirements and to suit the low-pressure cleaning
process. The granulate used is normally ultra-fine mineral, so that
there is no need to use chemical cleaning agents of any kind.

Natural stones and mineral-based plasters are often coated over
with all types of various paint minerals, and it is often impossible
to remove these layers even with chemical "pickling" agents.
In many of these cases it is possible to use the JOS patented low-pressure
rotating-vortex process successfully.

Graffiti and other drawings on walls often represent an insoluble
problem when they have to be removed, and there is no satisfactory
solution using conventional methods.
The JOS patented low-pressure rotating-vortex process has proven
its great value here. JOS can be used on almost all building materials,
and achieves the best results.

A heavy accumulation of soot often forms during a fire, and this
contains many different kinds of harmful substances such as chlorides,
furans, dioxins and many others. These have to be completely removed
from the various surfaces because of their toxicity. The JOS process
has again shown its value here and is preferred because of its thoroughness
in cleaning and low consumption of water.

Corrosive matter on bronze, brass and anodized aluminum are abraded
gently away and the surface is not harmed.
The JOS patented low-pressure rotating-vortex process is the cleaning
of the future because of its universal range of possible uses and
its outstanding gentle cleaning performance. It eliminates completely
the need to use chemicals, therefore making a major contribution
to protecting the environment. A large number of companies with
a sense of responsibility for the environment have already used
this process successfully and greatly appreciate the advantages
of this unusual physical cleaning technique.
