The polished granite flooring at the Governor Phillip Tower foyer has worn considerably from when it was laid and we reviewed many processes in an attempt to resolve the marked deterioration in its appearance. We were faced with replacing the existing flooring at a very high cost when you presented us with a very viable alternative.
